We wanted to thank you and Joseph sincerely for the wonderful dinner and reception.
The room was set up very well, the ambience was delightful. and everything was done very professionally.
I think some of these people from Toronto will come back again even before next year when I will book our Area Leadership Conference. Saturday evening there were people from Montreal, Toronto and other Ontario places, and New York State - several cities - as well as local education group leaders.

I did get a telephone call later after I had written to you. It was from Janette Graham, who is a member of the Board of Directors of Niagara Concerts (as am I). She reported that the dinner was very good, and that she had eaten it all. She loved the peas, and being from Scotland and an excellent cook, she commented that the salmon was very good indeed.

Hi Kassandra,
I just wanted to let you know how much my sister and I enjoyed our lunch on Friday. We split a salad and a sandwich and Joseph was nice enough to put them on separate plates for us...what great customer service! It was great to see that the place was packed! As we went into the other shops on Queen Street, people had lovely things to say about you. You have really made a difference there. You should be really proud!
I've been telling everyone about the Bistro! We'll definitely be back!

Hello Kassandra: I had to tell you how much I appreciated Sunday's (February 8th) experience.
